What is Superstream? Superstream is a subscription-based service that allows you to stream live tv and on-demand movies and shows to your eligible devices.
How does it work? Choose your subscription plan, download and install our streaming services, receive your login info and you're ready to go!
Is it legal? Yes, it's legal. Superstream purchases blocks of pre-licensed credits which we re-distribute to our customers.
What equipment do I need? You can use most Google or Android smart tv's, smartphones, streaming devices or a computer to download and install the necessary applications to access our premium streaming platform.
How much does it cost? $25 or less per month depending on your subscription. Our service typically costs up to ten times less than traditional cable packages.
Is there a lot of freezing/buffering? When it comes to buffering you first need a quality provider with stable servers like Superstream, however there are many factors that go into creating a smoother streaming experience. The type and quality of your equipment, location of equipment in your home, your home network configuration, your Internet Service Provider (ISP), type of internet, your internet package, if your ISP uses "throttling", if you're using a VPN, the current amount of network traffic and other things all play crucial roles in your overall streaming experience. Your streaming is never going to be 100% perfect, but you can optimize all these different things to get a pretty solid streaming setup.
What channels will I get? All the basic cable channels, local network programming, premium channels like HBO, Showtime, Starz, Max, etc. You will also receive premium sports channel packages, tons of international programming and tens of thousands of on-demand movies, television series and adult content, as well.
How do I start? Go to the Streaming Service Subscriptions section of our site and choose your plan (we recommend starting with a one month plan so you can have time to explore our service and decide if it is for you before making a longer commitment). After you choose your plan and pay for it on the secure Square payment link you will receive an email with your receipt from Square and a link which will provide you with your initial download instructions. After that you will receive an email from Superstream Entertainment with your login information. Please note that we currently have a very small staff and have not yet integrated automation into our subscription platform. We work as fast as we can, but you may have to wait up to 2 hours to receive your login info. After that you can login and start using our services immediately.
